Help please

I’ve been using these markers for a few days and I love them! The black case is awesome too. I have now ordered the skin colour set. But one marker has a dried up brush tip because the cap was not secure when the set arrived. What can I do? 15829900584807.jpeg

Just make sure you secure the caps next time. Ohuhu has good customer service, so maybe they'll send you a replacement if you contact them.

Had the same problem with my best red marker. I just left the cap on for a few days without using it and it miraculously got fixed somehow.

They will give (or try) you a free replacement for your dried out marker
