Super deal on some really good art markers
August 11, 2019
Professional artist here - these aren't "copics" but they aren't $200 either, so - with that said, you can expect to get alot of marker for your money. I found the colors to sometimes be a bit darker on paper than is noted on the caps, but just do a quick test swipe on scrap paper when you're first learning to use them and you'll be fine. So far, after about two weeks of hard use, I've only drained the black one of its ink, and not a single one of the markers has leaked. The only other caveat is that they are a bit large in your hand so small kids might have trouble being precise with them, if you really have a little artist on your hands that loves to do line drawings. Other than that, I'd buy ( and will buy ) these markers again for my work, which currently sells at $1 a square inch for paintings and about half that for pen and ink or mixed media. I'm not sure what an "Ohuhu" is - but they look like the same markers Michael's tries to sell for $80 for only 24 pcs. These are the BEST artist grade markers ( not paint pens, but markers) that I've found anywhere. Buy them.
