I am in love with these markers, these are the first set of markers I've ever owned. The only down sides is that the colors are limited and not a lot of skin tones but thats ok since they will probably come out with more colors in the future, another down side is that quite a few cap names and numbers came smudged so it's a little difficult to figure out which colors are what, they are a little streaky and I wish there was a colorless blending marker but Im sure since Im new to using them it could just be my technique, and one last down side is the barrel is pretty bulking and a little awkward to hold, it may be because I have small hands but it won't stop me from purchasing more. I'm still giving these 5 stars because these are really nice markers especially for the price!
I ordered these for my teenage daughter who is really in to drawing at the moment. She loves these because of the variety of stroke widths you can achieve and the variation in the shading that is possible.
I really loved my product! It came in a great condition, only the paper they give you in case ink bleeds through the paper thing was damaged but nothing else was.
the colors are beautiful and the vibrancy of the markers is lovely! this doesn't include a lot of light colors, such as pastels or fair skin tones, but the colors have a nice range. the markers are well made and the brush nib is flexible and a great rival to copics. perfect affordable alternative to copics for those who don't want to invest too much into alcohol markers!
The Copic markers are too expensive for me. These are a great, affordable alternative. The colors are vibrant, comes in a cute little black carrying case and a plastic sheet (around 8.5x5 in) to put under the page to prevent ink bleeding. Brush tip is so fluid and easy to maneuver. Chisel tip is a bit harder to manipulate, I'd use that tip for larger areas.
Great markers, buying them as a gift for my friend's birthday too!
I really liked how easily they blend.
There are some I use more than others. I use them everyday. I like that it come with numbered pens so I don't get them mixed up. Also, it comes with great variety of choices.
These markers work wonderfully! I've never used alcohol based markers before and they blend into a nice smooth color unlike streaky water based markers. The brush tip gives perfect control of color while also being able to cover a large area. The only downside is the numbers/color names seem to have started to rub off the ends of the markers. However, this does not affect any aspect of their performance.
If you are just starting to get into blending marker colors, these are a FANTASTIC first step! These markers are easy to use, come in a variety of color and also are super blendable. If I had anything I'd warn about it's that the color can fade a bit but not so much youd notice really.
