I really enjoy using these markers. I have never had the luxury to use alcohol based markers just because of the huge upfront investment of brands like Copics before you even know if you like this median. These work great for beginners, blends nicely. I bought the 48 pack when they were the only ones available, but they now have a 72 pack with lighter more pastel colors and will have 120 pack coming soon as well, which I will definitely buy. I ended up purchasing the SkinTone 6-pack of Copics (which costed the same as the 48-pack Ohuhus) in order to have some more pastel, skin-like colors. They blend well together.
The cons are that these bleed a lot when you first remove the cap, so be careful not to drip on your picture. The color number and name on the caps fades off easily (I heard you can use mod podge - too late for me) And because. Another con is you cannot buy refills or individual markers - I used these markers everyday for inktober and perhaps favored some of the colors more than others so I have a few dried out markers (had to buy a Copic grey 5-pack - apparently I love grey).
But these are great for beginning artist (like a gifted child - older to teen) or just for beginning marker artists or even experienced artists who just don't have the money to make the big investment.
Thanks so much Ohuhu!
