I bought these to use on my dog’s knee after his surgery. He was going to need ice packs initially and then heat so this product took care of both. However, we found we preferred using it for heat more than ice.

Quality material with great versatility. Ice and water keep their cool for hours. Very gentile on the skin. I have used the strap that comes with it to secure it to my back, shoulder, forearm, calves. I have also used floss bands to secure the packs. The small pack is best for forearms or if one side of the back is tighter than the other. The medium band is the best option for almost everything else. I use the large band for whole lower back, scapula winging treatment, and for neck pain.
  • Great buy with fast shipping.

These work way better than a plastic bag of ice that starts dripping. Nice to have different sizes for better fit the area.

Dislocated my knee cap and these have been a life saver. Put a little ice in then fill 2/3 with water. Used the big one for the top of my knee and the little one for bottom.
  • Perfect if you have kids

I have 3 little ones and every bump, scrape, cut, or scratch requires ice and bandaids. we have the hard plastic ice pack which they never like and we used to used ziploc bags with ice which were always too cold. This is great because they are easy to fill (cap in back that screws on) and fit great for any injury. The belt is also great so I dont have to use my scarf to keep the ice on for them anymore

Recovering from an injury -- the gel ice packs either aren't cold enough in the fridge or get too hard and won't conform around my ankle so they are worthless until they soften up. These ice packs are perfect though! I can fill them up with ice and they are cold enough right off the bat and they conform around my ankle so it gets properly iced. And no condensation because of how they are constructed so nothing gets wet or thaws onto my clothes, bed, couch, pillow, etc.
