Absolutely love these, but cleaning them can be a pain. But buy them anyway.

Absolutely love this brush set. As a freelance artist being my full-time profession my tools are extremely important to me. I have found over the years a price tag does not always mean quality. This brush set has treated me well. It took me awhile to retrain myself on how to hold my brush. The gasket valve inside of the paint brush tip is a lot more sensitive than other Barrel brushes I've used in the past if you have OCD problems at all you're going to have to rethink on how you hold your brush because for me I have a tight grip and these really put the water out if you squeeze too much. With that said though after I learned to hold my brush better I have fallen absolutely in love with these. My one and only gripe I have is cleaning them can be an absolute pain in the backside. The pigments flow up past the bristles into the chamber but in the never goes all the way into the reservoir, but the hidden pigment above can sometimes affect going to the next color I have had to take breaks for 5 and 10 minutes just to clean my brush out so I don't pollute my next color and I work with about 15 different watercolor pallets that range between 9 and 27 different color pots, so that can be rather frustrating. Right now I'm trying to create a way to do a reverse flow for cleaning to be able to clean them faster and better even soaking doesn't help though so I'm in the process of making a faucet hookup with a special tubing I made to hook into them to force the pigment out. But like I said I absolutely love working with them they work better than any other brand I've used to this far and have spent way too much money on Tools in my past. You just have to be patient and retrain yourself on how to hold your brush most people to have issues with this is because they are holding their brush in correctly, learn to hold your brush.
