    Very strong gel packs that will last. Very easy to handle, fits nicely into the velcro wrap which is perfect for a shoulder, arm or leg.

    Great idea to put it inside a cover with a strap. I had one of the ice packs already, but they are hard to keep in place and also very cold when placed directly on the skin. I had been wrapping them in a towel. This was much easier to use when I dropped a heavy box of tile on top of my foot. I just strapped it on and was still able to walk around. It stays cold for a while and recharges quickly. I have not needed the hot yet, but I am sure it will be the same.

    I've been using the packs mainly to help with muscle painI.Surprisingly good!They seem like they'd also be great for inflammation.I planning on buying a bigger set.
