What is your returns and exchange policy?


We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount through PayPal, the payment methods we currently support.


U.S. Customers: You have 3 options when making a return:

1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery

3. Exchange: Ohuhu will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns:

i. For quality-related warranty claims, Ohuhu is responsible for shipping costs.

ii. For non-quality related returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?
