Return & Refund Policy

 

What is your returns and exchange policy?


We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount through PayPal or Credit Card, the payment methods we currently support.


U.S. Customers: You have 3 options when making a return:

1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery

3. Exchange: Ohuhu will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Send an email to support@ohuhu.com before you return the product. Otherwise, we will not process this return.

Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns:

i. For quality-related warranty claims, Ohuhu is responsible for shipping costs.

ii. For non-quality related returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

iii.     If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

iv.     If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

v.     No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

We're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Saint Martin, U.S. Wake Island, at this time. We're only able to ship within the continental USA. For orders in the CN, it is suggested to visit https://mall.jd.com/index-10084517.html
